Training

At our dojo, we are aimed to spread and preserve the ancient martial art knowledge passed down from Shuu Shiwa Sensei to Uechi Kanbun Sensei.

Our training philosophy is to foster growth and strengthening of individuals through cooperation and training together rather than injurious to improve health besides self-defense techniques. There is no free sparring training in this old style of karate-do as it is to promote violence behavior as sparring inhibits initiative to attack rather than defense.
