準備運動 (Junbi Undō: Warming-Up Exercise) |
The warming exercise consists of the following to help loosen up joints and muscle before and after every training session.
- 足先お上げる運動 (Ashisaki O ageru undō) - Heel pivoting exercise
- 踵お上げる運動 (Kakato O ageru undō) - Heel raising exercise
- 足首お廻わす運動 (Ashikubi O mawasu undō) - Foot-raise and ankle-circular-rotation exercise
- 膝お廻わす運動 (Hiza O mawasu undõ) - Knee-circular-rotation Exercise
- 足お前横に伸ばす運動 (Ashi O mae yoko ni nobasu undō) - Leg-lift-pivoting exercise (straight forward and turn aside)
- 足お前上内斜め上にあげる運動 (Ashi O maeue uchinanameue ni ageru undō) - Above-head-vertical and 45-angle leg-lifting exercise
- 体の屈伸運動 (Tai no kusshin undō) - Scooping and twisting exercise (Body-bending and From-the-waist-up twisting)
- 腰の捻転運動 (Koshi no nenten undō) - From-the-waist-up twisting exercise
- 腕お屈伸ばす運動《前・横・斜め下》 (Ude O nobasu undō) - Arm-straightening exercise (forward, sides, slant-downwise)
- 首の捻転運動 (Kubi no nenten undō) - Neck-rotating exercise
- 深呼吸 (Shinkokyū) - Deep breathing exercise
